Returning Parts for Service
Obtaining RMA Number and Returning Parts
1. Contact Service Center.
2. Request Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
3. If returning VL2000 Series Color/Gobo Bulkheads, remove color and gobo
wheel hubs. (Do not remove glass color discs from VL2402 subassemblies).
4. Package all parts being shipped. Please take great care in packing your items for
return. Wrap all subassemblies and loose parts in bubble wrap or specialty
packing material (if required) before shipping.
5. Fill in the form below and pack in box with parts.
6. Return parts and form to the following address:
